About Astrelle

Orders, prices and payment
All prices are stated and charged in United States dollars (USD). Standard insured delivery is complimentary to supported destinations because its cost is included in the product price. Stripe securely processes payments; Astrelle does not receive or store complete card details.
Unless checkout expressly states otherwise, displayed prices do not include destination taxes, import VAT, customs duties, brokerage fees or similar government charges. Astrelle is not currently registered for Australian GST and does not add Australian GST to orders.
An order is accepted when Astrelle issues an order confirmation after successful payment. We may reject or cancel an order for genuine reasons including unavailable stock, suspected fraud, an obvious pricing error, product restrictions or inability to deliver. Where payment has been taken for a cancelled order, it will be refunded.
Products
We take reasonable care with descriptions, dimensions, photography and pricing. Screen settings and natural materials may cause minor variations in colour or finish. Bulbs are not included unless a product page expressly states otherwise. Use only compatible bulbs, voltage and plug configurations specified for your region.
Delivery, returns and cancellations
Our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy form part of these terms. Delivery dates are estimates. Customers are responsible for destination taxes, duties and customs charges unless checkout expressly states they are included. Orders are available only to the supported destinations shown at checkout.
Intellectual property
Site text, branding, layouts and imagery are owned by Astrelle or used with permission. They may not be reproduced commercially without prior written permission.
Liability and mandatory rights
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights, guarantees or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable Australian Consumer Law protections and mandatory consumer rights in a customer’s destination. Subject to those protections, Astrelle is not responsible for loss that is not a reasonably foreseeable result of our breach.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia and applicable Commonwealth laws. Contact support@astrelle.store with questions.
