Information we collect
We may collect your name, contact details, delivery address, order information, correspondence, device and browsing information, and marketing preferences. Stripe processes payment information; Astrelle does not store complete card details.
How information is used
- To process, fulfil and support orders.
- To provide delivery and service communications.
- To prevent fraud and maintain site security.
- To meet legal, tax and record-keeping obligations.
- To improve the website and measure advertising performance.
- To send marketing only where consent or another lawful basis applies.
Service providers and overseas disclosure
Information is shared only as reasonably necessary with service providers that help us operate the store. These currently include Stripe for payment processing, Resend for transactional email, OpenAI's Sites service for website hosting and order-system infrastructure, and relevant fulfilment and delivery partners.
Because Astrelle serves customers and works with partners internationally, personal information may be processed or disclosed outside Australia, including in the United States, the customer's destination country and the country from which an order is fulfilled. Providers may also process information in other locations described in their own privacy terms.
Cookies and marketing
Essential technologies are used to operate the bag, checkout, security and cookie preferences. Analytics or advertising technologies will be used only when enabled and, where required, after the relevant consent choice. You can change available choices through the Cookie Preferences control.
Retention, choices and rights
Order and transaction records are retained for as long as reasonably required to fulfil orders, provide support and meet legal, tax, fraud-prevention and record-keeping obligations. Other information is deleted or de-identified when it is no longer reasonably needed.
You may ask to access or correct personal information we hold, request deletion where applicable, object to or restrict certain processing where applicable, withdraw marketing consent, or make a privacy complaint.
